I’m  Sam yep That guy  yeah the person who is crazy intense completely in love with the game.  In this blog I want help out guys like me who just love the game and just want to get better.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         When I began my athletic journey I started  to Google search for everything I needed from workouts to how much water I should be drinking and I found a lot of people who all had different opinions about I should be doing and it seemed that everyone wanted me to pay them for the big secret that was going to change my life.    Unfortunately the more I read the more I just wanted people to honest about being in it just for money and stop making me have to read through 20 articles to find the what I needed.  I’m writing this to give you guys the blog I couldn’t find and give you with straight foreword help on nutrient in take, workouts, and everything performance related.  So  you can get off the internet and get back to becoming champions. :)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Oh yeah this is a about the writer section (wow your still reading this I’m flattered :)  ) So I’m 6 ft 4″ football fanatic slash power lifter.  I’m the sort of guy who thinks that how hard you work in life is more important then what you have.  I live in a small town in north Carolina were people love football,  barbecue,  and country music.                                I understand that I’m going win or lose when I chose what to eat, how long to sleep, and what supplements to take.  Muhammad  Ali says it best “The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses – behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights.”  that is what makes those athletes standout it is not just a thing we do it defines us I know personally I eat,  sleep, and work, for the game.  when I’m not blogging or kicking but in the gym you can find me swing dancing, reading philosophy, or working on become a better man.
