When I began my athletic journey I started to Google search for everything I needed from workouts to how much water I should be drinking and I found a lot of people who all had different opinions about I should be doing and it seemed that everyone wanted me to pay them for the big secret that was going to change my life. Unfortunately the more I read the more I just wanted people to honest about being in it just for money and stop making me have to read through 20 articles to find the what I needed. I understand that I’m going win or lose when I chose what to eat, how long to sleep, and what supplements to take. Muhammad Ali says it best “The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses – behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights.” that is what makes those athletes standout it is not just a thing we do it defines us I know personally I eat, sleep, and work, for the game. when I’m not blogging or kicking but in the gym you can find me swing dancing, reading philosophy, or working on become a better man.
